I have forgotten my account/client login password? What should I do to recover it?

Step 1: Open HioxIndia website and click the 'Client Login' icon, which is seen at the top right hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Then a page displays with user name and password columns. Click the 'Forget Password?' link now.



Step 3: Forget Password page appears and now enter the Mail id - which you have mentioned at the time of the order registration process, in the E-Mail Id column.



Step 4: Now click the 'Retrieve' button.

Step 5: Fresh 'Password' will be provided by HioxIndia to you through a 'Mail' in a short span of time.
