The difference between a reseller and a customer is that,
Resellers act as a distributors of the domain and hosting packages purchased by them. They can create their own users and manage them under their account.
Where as, A Customer is a End user of the domain and hosting package purchased by them. But, they cannot sell their domain or hosting to other users.
