Login into Plesk control panel using the username and password provided to you.
Click Files tab, it will list all your files and folders
Under the home directory, click on the folder from which you want to download the files.
For downloading files and folder, Select files and folders which you want to download
Click on Add to Archive
Now selected files and folders will be archived to zip file.
