Cause :
The Server Responded 550 Access Denied Invalid HELO Name See RFC 2821 4.1.1.1
Resoultion :
Click Outgoing Server tab in mail settings. click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box. choose use same settings as my incoming mail server and click ok button.
Try to send and receive, you will not find that 550 error in your outlook.
