To change or set new default home page in windows using plesk 10.4
Follow the below steps to change or set new default home page in windows using plesk 10.4.
Step 1: Login to your Plesk account.
Step 2: Click on the Website & Domains menu.
Step 3: Click the Show Advanced Operations link at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Then search and click the Virtual directories.
Step 5: Now click the Directory properties. 
Step 6: In resulting page, under the Virtual directory properties -> Documents, Add the file name to be set as home page in the Default documents search order.
Step 7: Finally, using the UP button place the added page in the top of the list.
