HIOX Republic Day Offer 2023 - Terms & Conditions

The 2023 Republic Day Offer is a limited-time promotion valid only on January 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th of January, 2023. Under this offer, HIOX INDIA customers may register .IN second and third-level domains free of charge for a period of three months. Customers are entitled to register up to 99 domains under this offer, however, they will be responsible for paying the renewal fees after the three-month period has expired. Renewal fees for .IN domains are set at 349 rupees for a 9-months period, while renewal fees for third-level .IN domains are set at 299 rupees for a 9-months period.

In order to take advantage of this offer, customers will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may be done through an online eKYC process or by submitting a valid voter ID, passport, or driving license. Please note that domains registered during this offer may be deleted if the KYC verification process is not completed properly or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or invalid. The domains will be deleted if the renewal is not done before the end of the free offer period.

Note : Domain transfer will not be permitted during the offer period of 3 months.

It is important to note that this offer's terms and conditions shall overwrite any related sections or parts related to domains in this Terms of Service or any other agreement entered into between the customer and HIOX INDIA.
