A late fee will be charged if you failed to renew your domain or hosting before the expiry date.
If you failed to renew your domain or hosting within that period, your domain/hosting will enter to the restoration period for which you have to pay a certain amount of late fee to renew the same. Restoration period is of 40 days. In case, if you failed to renew your hosting/domain in the restoration period, your domain/hosting will be terminated.
Note: Renewal Grace Period = 36 Days from the date of expiry
Restoration Grace Period = 40 days from the expiry of renewal grace period
