Yes, you can transfer your hosting plan from Hioxindia to another service provider. For that follow the below steps.
1. Get a hosting plan from the new service provider
2. Backup your files from Hioxindia Cpanel or Plesk logins. You can refer the below tutorials on how to take backup of your files and folders.

3. Once you completed your backup and downloaded the files from Hioxindia, you can upload the files to the new service providers hosting.
