What to do if outgoing mails are not working?

Follow the steps below, if your outgoing mails are not working.


Step 1: Check whether Email is working in webmail.
Refer link: How to access webmail for my domain?
If Yes ----> Check whether the port number 25 has been blocked in firewall or ISP network.
If No ----> Check whether do have any site loading problem in client's browser.

Step 2: If have any site loading problem, then check whether the port number 25 has been blocked in firewall or ISP network.

Step 3: If site is not loading, then your IP might have been blocked because of multiple login failures.
