Do I need to inform after making payment to process the order
Yes, it is necessary to intimate us after you have made the payment.
Normally, when we receive funds offline, we keep the orders in pending status as we cannot identify who made the payment. This happens when the payment is made through Custom Payment or using Offline Pay method. Hence please mail us the details regarding the Total amount, name of the bank's branch (where amount was deposited) and time when payment was made, when you make offline payment.
Once you inform us, we will process your order.
