How to create a folder outside the root directory?
All the files you use in your website will be placed under the Root Directory. In Linux server it is displayed as 'public_html' and in Windows server it is displayed as 'http docs'.
By using your File Transfer Protocol (FTP) you can create the folder outside the root directory.
