When does the domain gets suspended?
A domain will be suspended by the service provider under two circumstances - Phishing or Scam activities. If the service provider finds a particular website indulged in either of these activities, then they will suspend the account of the respective domain or website.
Your domain may also be suspended if you tried changing your profile address or registered email id after domain registration process.
