I had renewed my domain. But I received mail stating that hosting needs to be renewed?
You might have own both domain and hosting from us. In such case, if you have renewed only the domain, then you will receive the alert mail stating that the hosting needs to be renewed. Hence you have to renew both the domain and hosting.
To renew your hosting package, use the client login or you can use any available offline methods like Cash/Cheque Deposit.
