I am unable to create mail account in Plesk. Should I download any plesk software?
No, it is not necessary to download any software. First, check your hosting confirmation mail, which we sent to you after you made the payment.
Just check the confirmation mail in your mail inbox or in spam. Then, use the username and password to login to your plesk account.
