When can a customer use the escalation form?
When a customer feels that the queries are not replied properly or if he/she hasn't received a good assistance from the support team, then he/she can use this escalation form. The issues will be solved as soon as possible.
If the support ticket raised by a customer remains unnoticed or if the query is not resolved properly through telephonic conversation, then the customer can utilize the escalation form.
Note that the query will be directly passed to the higher authority and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
