Why the forwarded mails are going to spam folder?
In shared server 100's of users use the same mail server. If any one sends a spam mail, the server ip will be blocked in spam tracking sites block list.
On such occurrences, we suspend accounts involved in spamming and request blocklists to remove out ip from the list. It however may take up to 48hrs or even more for the blocklists to drop the ips.
