I have registered domain name with HIOX INDIA and pointed to other hosting providers server by changing the nameservers, but still website is not active why ?

The Name Servers once updated will take a time period of 5-24 hours to propagate in all ISP's. Once domain got propagated and points to the hosting server, it will run up and fine.
