What is meant by EPP code?
It is the authorization code for a domain name. It is also referred as Extensible Provisioning Protocol or Domain Authorization Code or Auth Code. It is provided by the domain service provider to the customer at the time of registration.
The EPP code helps a user while he wishes to transfer a domain from one registrar to another. Domain transfer is made safe with this EPP code. It abandons the fraudulent activities like 'domain snipping/hijacking'.
